*Avoid an Activity Service Charge by meeting one of the following criteria during the statement period:

• Have at least one direct deposit of at least $500.00¹
• Or, keep a minimum daily balance of $1,500.00 or more in the checking account²
• Or, keep an average balance of $2,500.00 or more in a combination of deposit accounts with Unity Bank³

1 Two or more direct deposits that add up to $500.00 or more but do not individually equal or exceed $500.00, do not qualify.
2 The minimum daily balance and average balance are based on your ledger balance at the end of each day.
3 Qualifying accounts for average ledger balance of $2,500.00 or more includes your Unity Bank Advantage checking account; personal savings accounts or money market accounts.
